Planning for your big day can be stressful. Allow Sun Buzz Sunshine Coast to take some of that stress away by providing a reliable, luxury transfer service, based on your itinerary and requirements.

Whether your Wedding and Reception are in Noosa, Maleny or elsewhere on the Sunshine Coast, travel in comfort and arrive in style in our full-electric VW ID Buzz (new Kombi).

2 hours / $500 (minimum hire time, Mon-Thurs)
3 hours / $675 (minimum hire time, Fri-Sat-Sun)
4 hours / $800

Additional hours @ $160/hour, or part of an hour (max 8 hours total)
Overtime (by prior arrangement only) $80 per 30 mins

Wedding Venue Planning Day

Visit up to six potential wedding venues in Montville and Maleny. We’ll work out the schedule, pick you up from your accommodation and deliver you to your chosen venues in plenty of time to meet the wedding planners and event coordinators at each destination. Focus on your wedding planning and let us take care of the driving and parking hassles. Take a break for lunch at one of the many beautiful cafés or restaurants en-route.

Elope in style with this amazing package.

Pick-up from your accommodation*. Maximum six passengers
Drop-off at the wedding location.
Professional Wedding Photographer for up to two hours (ceremony, post-wedding shots and editing).
Drop off at post-wedding ‘Reception*’ or back to accommodation.
Total time 3 Hours.

Rules/The Small Print

If pick-up/start point of hire is within a 15km / 20 min radius of Hastings St, no ‘travel time’ is added.
(For example, if starting/pick up/drop-off point is Maleny or Caloundra, there would be a travel charge of approx. 45 mins in each direction)
50% up-front payment is required to secure your booking.
Full balance to be paid at least seven days prior to the event.

If you cancel more than 28 days before the date of the booking, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

If full balance is not paid seven days before the booking hire date, the booking will be cancelled. The 50% deposit will be returned minus a ‘lost booking/admin fee’ of $100, which can be used as a credit towards a future booking (to be used within one year)

If you cancel between 28 days and 7 days before the date of the planned event, the 50% deposit will be returned minus a ‘lost booking/admin fee’ of $100, which can be used as a credit towards a future booking (to be used within one year).

If you cancel between six days and two days before the date of the planned booking (NOT the day before the booked date), you will be charged 50% of the total booking fee, and the remaining 50% will be returned.

If you cancel the day before the planned hire date, or on the day itself, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

For Example:

Hire Date is 10th January. Full booking fee not yet paid.
If you cancel on 1st January, 50% deposit returned less $100.
If you cancel between 4th and 8th January, 50% of the full booking fee returned.
If you cancel on 9th or 10th January, full booking fee is lost.

(When we take a booking, those dates are blocked, preventing anyone else from booking on that date. Lost booking fees go some way towards covering the potential loss of another booking for that day, for scheduling and re-scheduling of car/driver, Possible catering losses, re-advertising costs, additional admin, accounting and correspondence fees, etc.).

Minimum hire period for most services is 3 hours

Pick-up point anywhere within 20 minutes of Hastings St, Noosa is free. For pick-up points outside that area the ‘Hire Time’ will start 20 mins outside Hastings St.

The free pick-up area covers Hastings St, Noosaville, Gympie Terrace, Peregian Beach, Noosa Springs, Noosa Heads, Sunshine and Sunrise Beach, Tewantin, some areas of Doonan.
